I'm Ali, a Co-Active coaching trained career and professional development coach, and a chartered member of the CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

My passion is helping women at mid to executive career levels find true fulfillment and purpose in their professional lives.

My journey into career development was serendipitous, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found my calling. However, I haven't always been this content in my career. About seven years in, I hit a wall. Despite my love for my field, I felt stuck, anxious, and joyless in my daily work. It was then that I realized the fundamental human need for a sense of purpose.

With this insight, I took a hard look at my career, developed a strategy to discover my professional purpose, defined my vision of success, and set out to achieve my goals. This personal transformation ignited my mission to help women like you gain clarity about your career aspirations and achieve the professional success you deserve.

Throughout my nearly 20-year corporate career in Human Resources, specializing in learning and development and talent management and development, I have worked across various industries, regions, and company sizes, engaging with talent at all levels from interns to C-suite executives. I’ve designed and implemented competency frameworks, career pathways, performance management processes, training and development plans and more. I not only understand career design and development - I’m completely fluent in it!
